Machine Availability
Approximate time for machine/equipment delivery: 2 weeks if not available in warehouse. If available in warehouse: 3-4 days for testing and preparation. -

Installation and Instruction:
Specific time frame after testing: 1 week or 5 days. Installation and instruction provided to GHRA members. -

Replacement Costs
No-cost machine provision. Replacement part costs determined upon incident occurrence. -

Service Response Time
Upon customer call: 8 to 12 hours. Diagnosis and resolution within this time frame. Customer satisfaction ensured before departure.
